What is my Fig?

Last updated: February 10, 2025

No two people eat the same way. Each of us has different dietary needs and preferences. Fig is built to understand those needs down to the single ingredient.

When you create your Fig, you’ll first tell Fig if you’re following any diets like gluten free, vegan or Low FODMAP. Secondly, you’ll list any food allergies you have. Finally, you’ll input your ingredient preferences. For example, maybe you avoid added sugars, nightshades, Stevia and cucumber. You can customize Fig down to the single ingredient. See a list of all the dietary needs and preferences supported by Fig.

Once you’ve finished, your Fig will then help you find groceries that match your unique dietary needs. Fig does this through the Fig App and Fig Browser Extension.
