This layered drink is a feast for the eyes before it even hits your lips ā vivid pink strawberry at the base, creamy oat milk in the middle, and a deep green matcha crown on top. The strawberry sauce is made from scratch by simmering fresh or frozen berries with maple syrup until they break down into something silky and naturally sweet. Ceremonial-grade matcha brings a grassy, slightly bitter depth that balances the fruity base beautifully, and frothed oat milk ties it all together with a smooth, latte-style richness. Every single ingredient here is straightforwardly plant-based and free from the condiment-aisle concerns that can sneak into flavored drinks and coffee shop syrups. Pouring the matcha over the back of a spoon is the little trick that keeps those gorgeous layers intact right up until you stir and sip. It's the kind of drink that looks like it took serious barista skill but comes together in under fifteen minutes at home.
