A classic margarita is one of those drinks that feels festive and refreshing no matter the occasion, and this version keeps things clean without sacrificing any of the flavor you love. Instead of store-bought sour mix or flavored syrups that can sneak in unexpected additives, the sweetness here comes entirely from a quick homemade honey syrup made with just two ingredients. Fresh lime juice and a splash of fresh orange juice do all the heavy lifting for that bright, citrusy punch, while 100% agave blanco tequila keeps the spirit side straightforward and pure. The result is a cocktail that tastes genuinely vibrant ā tart, lightly sweet, and totally satisfying. Shaking it hard over ice for a full 15 to 20 seconds is the move that makes it properly cold and perfectly diluted, so don't rush that step. A salted rim and a lime wedge on the glass make it feel like something you'd order at a great restaurant, except you made it yourself in about five minutes.
