Tuna is fine during pregnancy in measured amounts. This recipe has about 2.5 oz per serving - keep it to roughly one serving a week if you are using albacore or white tuna, or two to three a week for chunk light.







Drain the tuna well and add it to a medium mixing bowl. Break it into large flakes with a fork.
Add the diced avocado, sliced celery, red onion, lemon juice, and olive oil to the bowl. Season with the salt and pepper, and add the red pepper flakes if using.
