Coconut aminos is a common stand-in for soy sauce on a candida diet. It does carry a little sugar from coconut sap, but this recipe uses only about 1 1/2 tablespoons per serving, which is likely fine.

Snap peas are pods and are low in starch, so they are usually fine on a candida diet even though beans and peas are limited early on. This recipe works out to only about 1/4 cup of snap peas per serving, which is likely fine. If you prefer to always avoid snap peas, please tap it and change its rating to Red.

In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, rice vinegar, grated ginger, toasted sesame oil, arrowroot starch, and red pepper flakes, if using, until the starch is fully dissolved. Set aside.
Pat the pork slices dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
