Staying well-hydrated while breastfeeding is genuinely important, and plain water gets old fast. This sparkling spritzer is a gorgeous, naturally sweetened alternative that feels celebratory without a drop of alcohol or anything you'd need to second-guess. The cranberry-date concentrate is the real star — simmered down from fresh cranberries and Medjool dates, it delivers deep, jammy tartness with zero refined sugar. Pomegranate juice and a bright squeeze of lime round everything out, so each glass is layered and complex in a way that tastes like way more effort than it actually is. Sparkling water gives it that satisfying fizz, making it feel like a proper drink rather than a compromise. Garnished with fresh mint and a scatter of pomegranate arils, it's also genuinely pretty — the kind of thing you'd happily serve at a baby shower or just pour for yourself on a Tuesday afternoon when you deserve something special.

Combine the cranberries, water, and pitted dates in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the dates are completely soft, about 8–10 minutes.
Remove from heat and press the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a measuring cup or bowl, pressing firmly on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. You should have about ½ cup of cranberry-date concentrate.
