Fresh, vibrant, and completely free of anything that would keep you up at night, this citrus-cured white fish dish is a showstopper that comes together with nothing but clean, whole ingredients. Halibut, sea bass, or cod gets bathed in a bright blend of lime and lemon juice, which gently "cooks" the fish through acid alone — no heat required. Ground turmeric and freshly grated ginger give the curing liquid a warm, golden depth that makes this feel far more complex than the ingredient list suggests. Jalapeño brings just enough heat, while cool cucumber, creamy avocado, and fresh cilantro balance everything out into something that tastes like it came from a coastal restaurant kitchen. Because every single ingredient here is naturally caffeine-free — no tea, no chocolate, no hidden additives — you can dig in without a second thought. It's the kind of dish that works beautifully as a light lunch, a starter, or an impressive spread for guests, served straight from the bowl with a few extra lime wedges on the side.
