Candida diets often limit peas early on because they are high in starch. This recipe works out to only about 1/4 cup of peas per serving, which is likely fine. If you prefer to always avoid peas, please tap it and change its rating to Red.





In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using) to make the sauce. Set aside.
Heat 1½ tbsp neutral oil in a large (12-inch) skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the tofu cubes in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes, until the undersides are deep golden and release easily from the pan. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until golden on the second side. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
