Bright, jewel-toned, and bursting with summer flavor, this drink is the kind of thing that disappears fast at any gathering. A homemade raspberry syrup made from fresh berries and agave gives it a deep, jammy sweetness that no store-bought mix can touch. Muddling fresh mint directly in the pitcher adds a cool, herbal lift that makes every sip feel a little more special. The whole thing comes together with real lemon juice, cold water, and ice — nothing processed, nothing mysterious, just clean and genuinely delicious ingredients. Since every component here is naturally free of wheat and grain-based additives, there's no label-reading stress or ingredient swapping required. Agave stands in beautifully for refined sweeteners and keeps the whole drink plant-based from start to finish. Make a big pitcher, taste as you go, and don't skip the garnish — those mint sprigs and lemon slices make it look as good as it tastes.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
