Few drinks manage to look this stunning while also tasting like pure summer in a glass. Fresh raspberries are cooked down with agave syrup into a jewel-toned syrup, then strained until silky smooth before meeting bright squeezed lemon juice and muddled mint in a big pitcher. The agave keeps everything completely plant-based without sacrificing any of the sweetness you'd expect, and the muddled mint adds a cool, herbal lift that makes each sip feel genuinely refreshing. This is the kind of drink you bring to a backyard gathering and watch disappear in twenty minutes flat. Because every ingredient here is whole and straightforward — fresh fruit, citrus, herbs, and a natural sweetener — there's no label-reading required and no hidden surprises to worry about. Adjust the agave or lemon juice at the end to dial in exactly the sweet-tart balance you love, then pile in the ice and let it shine.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
