Tart, fruity, and impossibly refreshing, this vibrant pink drink is the kind of thing that makes a hot afternoon feel like a celebration. Fresh raspberries are simmered down with agave syrup into a glossy, jewel-toned syrup that forms the backbone of the whole drink — no artificial colors, no mystery sweeteners, just real fruit doing its thing. Muddled mint leaves add a cool, herbal lift that balances the brightness of freshly squeezed lemon juice in the best possible way. Because every ingredient here is naturally grain-free, there's zero concern about hidden grain derivatives sneaking in through syrups or flavorings the way they sometimes can with store-bought beverages. Agave keeps it fully plant-based while lending a smooth, mild sweetness that you can dial up or down to suit your taste. It's easy enough to throw together on a weeknight but pretty enough to serve at a backyard gathering with a few lemon slices and mint sprigs tucked into the glass.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
