Bright, jewel-toned, and bursting with summer flavor, this raspberry lemonade is the kind of drink that makes any gathering feel instantly more festive. Fresh raspberries are simmered down with agave syrup into a gorgeous, deep-red syrup that forms the backbone of the whole recipe — no artificial dyes or mystery sweeteners in sight. Muddled mint leaves add a cool, herbal lift that takes it well beyond your average glass of lemonade. Everything here is built from whole, plant-based ingredients, so there's zero concern about animal-derived additives or hidden allergens that can sneak into store-bought flavored drinks. The agave keeps it completely honey-free, making it a genuinely inclusive pour for a wide range of guests. A final taste-and-adjust step lets you dial in the perfect balance of tart and sweet, because everyone's lemon is a little different. Serve it over ice with a sprig of mint and a lemon wheel, and it looks almost too pretty to drink — almost.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
