Few drinks manage to look this stunning while being this simple to pull together. Fresh raspberries are cooked down with agave syrup into a jewel-toned syrup that gets strained smooth before meeting bright, freshly squeezed lemon juice in a big pitcher. Muddled mint leaves add a cool, herbal lift that makes the whole thing feel like something you'd order at a fancy brunch spot — except you made it yourself. Because every ingredient here is whole and straightforward, there's no need to scan labels or worry about hidden additives that can sneak into store-bought flavored drinks. The agave keeps it completely plant-based while adding a gentle, floral sweetness that plays beautifully against the tart lemon and berry. A final taste-and-adjust step means you can dial in exactly the balance you love before pouring over ice. Dress it up with lemon slices and a sprig of mint and it's honestly almost too pretty to drink — almost.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
