Bright, jewel-toned, and bursting with real fruit flavor, this raspberry lemonade is the kind of drink that makes a regular afternoon feel like a special occasion. The sweetness here comes entirely from agave syrup, which means you get a clean, smooth finish without any of the cloying aftertaste that processed corn syrups can leave behind. A quick stovetop raspberry syrup — made with nothing but fresh berries, agave, and water — gets strained to silky perfection before it ever hits the pitcher. Muddled fresh mint adds an herby, cooling note that takes the whole thing from simple to genuinely impressive. Squeezing your own lemons keeps every ingredient exactly where you want it: real, recognizable, and free from anything sneaky on a label. You can dial the sweetness or tartness up or down at the end, which makes this incredibly easy to get just right for your crowd. Serve it over ice with a sprig of mint and a lemon slice, and it looks as good as it tastes.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
