Tart, fruity, and impossibly refreshing, this vibrant pink lemonade is the kind of drink that makes any afternoon feel like a celebration. A quick homemade raspberry syrup — made by simmering fresh berries with agave and water, then straining out the solids — gives the whole pitcher a gorgeous deep-red color and a concentrated berry flavor you simply can't get from a bottle. Agave keeps it fully plant-based while adding a smooth, neutral sweetness that lets the fruit shine. Muddled fresh mint adds a cool, herbal lift that takes the whole thing from good to genuinely memorable. Because every ingredient here is whole and straightforward, there's no need to scrutinize labels or worry about unexpected additives sneaking in. Serve it over ice with lemon slices and a sprig of mint, and it's pretty enough to put on a table for guests without any extra effort.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
