Staying hydrated while breastfeeding is genuinely important, and this vibrant drink makes it feel a lot less like a chore. Fresh raspberries are simmered down into a glossy, deep-red syrup with agave and water, then strained until silky smooth — no artificial dyes, no refined sugar, just real fruit flavor. Muddled mint adds a cooling, aromatic lift that pairs beautifully with the bright tartness of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Every ingredient here is clean and straightforward, which matters when you're mindful of what you're putting into your body. Agave keeps the sweetness gentle and easy to adjust, so you can dial the drink up or down depending on your taste that day. It's refreshing, naturally caffeine-free, and pretty enough to feel like a treat rather than just another glass of water. Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint and it looks like something from a café menu — no one needs to know how simple it was to make.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
