Bright, jewel-toned, and bursting with summer flavor, this raspberry lemonade is the kind of drink that makes everyone at the table ask for the recipe. Fresh raspberries are cooked down with agave syrup into a gorgeous deep-red syrup, then strained smooth and combined with real-squeezed lemon juice for a balance of sweet and tart that store-bought versions just can't touch. Muddled mint leaves add a cool, aromatic lift that takes the whole thing from simple to seriously impressive. Because every ingredient here is naturally plant-based and straightforwardly fresh, there's zero guesswork about what's actually in your glass — no spice blends, no mystery additives, just fruit, herbs, and a little agave. It's easy to tweak to your taste right before serving, adding a splash more lemon for extra zing or a drizzle more agave if you like it sweeter. Serve it over ice with lemon slices and a sprig of mint for a presentation that looks far more effortful than it actually is.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
