Bright, tangy, and deeply refreshing, this drink is built entirely from real, whole ingredients — fresh raspberries, hand-squeezed lemon juice, agave syrup, and garden mint. If you've ever flipped over a bottle of store-bought lemonade or flavored syrup and squinted at a list of "natural and artificial flavors," this recipe is your clean-label answer. The raspberry syrup is made from scratch in just a few minutes on the stovetop, cooked down and strained until it's a gorgeous, jewel-toned liquid with nothing hiding in it. Muddling fresh mint directly in the pitcher adds a cool, herbal lift that no bottled flavoring can replicate. Agave brings gentle sweetness without any of the additives that sneak into conventional simple syrups or pre-made drink mixes. The whole thing comes together in well under an hour, and the result is a pitcher that looks stunning on a table and tastes even better than it looks. Serve it over ice with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint, and it's honestly hard to believe something this vibrant is this straightforward.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
