Tart, fruity, and brilliantly pink, this sparkling-free lemonade is the kind of drink that makes a regular afternoon feel like a backyard party. Fresh raspberries are simmered down with agave syrup into a jewel-toned syrup that gets strained smooth before it ever hits the pitcher β no artificial colors, no mystery sweeteners, just pure berry flavor. Muddled mint leaves add a cool, herbal lift that plays beautifully against the bright lemon juice, making every sip feel layered and refreshing. Because it's built entirely from whole fruits, fresh herbs, and agave, there's nothing to second-guess on the ingredient list β it's naturally free of nuts and any of the sneaky almond-derived additives that can show up in flavored syrups or store-bought lemonade blends. The recipe is endlessly adjustable too: a little extra agave if you want it sweeter, a splash more lemon if you like it sharp. Garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of mint and it looks like something you'd pay twelve dollars for at a rooftop bar.

Combine the raspberries, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the berries against the side of the pan, until the raspberries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep red and slightly thickened, about 4β5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
