There is something undeniably refreshing about a homemade lemonade that goes beyond the basic, and this peach version with muddled fresh mint is exactly that kind of upgrade. Real peaches are simmered down into a lush, golden simple syrup that brings a natural sweetness and fruity depth you simply cannot get from a bottle. Fresh lemon juice keeps everything bright and tangy, while the muddled mint adds a cool, aromatic lift that makes each sip feel like peak summer in a glass. Every single ingredient here is naturally free from grain-based concerns — no hidden additives, no processed flavorings, just fruit, sugar, water, and herbs working together beautifully. It is the kind of drink that looks stunning on a table with its lemon slices and mint sprigs, but it is genuinely easy to pull off at home. Make a big pitcher and it is ready to serve a crowd, or keep it in the fridge for a few days of effortless refreshment.

Combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the peaches soften and begin to break down, about 8–10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 20 minutes. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or measuring cup, pressing the peach solids firmly with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
