Combine the plant-based milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper in a small saucepan. Whisk until the spices are fully dispersed with no dry clumps.
Warm the mixture over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until steaming and small bubbles form around the edges, about 5–7 minutes. Do not bring to a full boil.
