This vibrant, herb-packed dip is a serious upgrade from anything you'd find in a plastic tub at the grocery store. A full cup of fresh herbs — basil, parsley, chives, and tarragon — gets blended right into the chickpea base, turning the whole bowl a stunning, appetizing green. The trick of processing the tahini and lemon juice first gives the hummus an unusually light, almost whipped texture, and streaming in the reserved chickpea liquid at the end takes it over the top. Every ingredient here is naturally grain-free and plant-based, so there's no need to scan labels or swap anything out — it just works as written. The rainbow of crunchy carrots, celery, cucumber, and red bell pepper around the bowl makes it feel like a centerpiece, not just a snack. Whether you're feeding a crowd or meal-prepping dippers for the week, this one is genuinely hard to stop eating.
