This vibrant, herb-packed dip is everything you want in a crowd-pleasing appetizer — creamy, bright, and loaded with fresh flavor from basil, parsley, tarragon, and chives. The green goddess treatment transforms classic hummus into something genuinely stunning, with that swirled bowl and rainbow of crunchy vegetables making it almost too pretty to eat. Processing the tahini and lemon juice first is the secret to that ultra-smooth, pale base, and streaming in the reserved chickpea liquid at the end gives it a light, almost whipped consistency that store-bought versions never quite achieve. Every ingredient here is straightforward and plant-based, so there's no need to scan labels for hidden nut-based additives or worry about cross-contact from tree nuts. The combination of carrots, celery, cucumber, and red bell pepper keeps things fresh and satisfying without any fuss. Whether you're setting it out for a party or just snacking through the week, this is the kind of recipe that earns a permanent spot in your rotation.
