This vibrant, herb-packed dip is everything a great hummus should be — silky smooth, bright with lemon, and loaded with fresh flavor from basil, parsley, tarragon, and chives. The green goddess twist makes it feel like something you'd order at a trendy café, but it comes together entirely in a food processor with pantry staples and a handful of fresh herbs. Many store-bought dips and flavored hummus varieties sneak in honey or other sweeteners to balance acidity, but every bit of flavor here comes from real ingredients — garlic, tahini, olive oil, and plenty of citrus. The trick of processing the tahini and lemon juice first before adding anything else is what gives this hummus that impossibly light, creamy texture. Streaming in reserved chickpea liquid at the end takes it from good to genuinely restaurant-quality. Served alongside crisp carrots, celery, cucumber, and red bell pepper, it's a full spread that works as an appetizer, a snack board centerpiece, or an easy lunch. It's the kind of recipe that disappears fast, so you might want to double the batch.
