This vibrant, herb-packed dip is everything a great hummus should be — creamy, bright, and loaded with fresh flavor from basil, parsley, tarragon, and chives all blended into a stunning shade of green. The technique of whipping the tahini and lemon juice together first is the secret to that impossibly silky texture, and streaming in reserved chickpea liquid at the end takes it from good to genuinely restaurant-worthy. Every ingredient here is naturally free from tree nuts, so there's no need to scrutinize labels or worry about sneaky additions the way you might with store-bought dips. The colorful spread of carrots, celery, cucumber, and red bell pepper strips around the bowl makes this as beautiful to look at as it is satisfying to eat. It works equally well as a party centerpiece, a weekday snack, or a light lunch that actually keeps you full. The whole thing comes together in a food processor with no cooking required, which means less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying it.
