Frozen white peaches blend into a thick, soft-serve-style base with a warm hint of vanilla, and oat milk keeps everything smooth and pourable right from the blender. Once it's spooned into bowls, fresh blueberries and thin pear slices add juicy bursts of color, while a scatter of rolled oats brings a little crunch to every bite. It's the kind of breakfast that feels indulgent but comes together in under five minutes, no cooking required. Cold, thick, and endlessly customizable with whatever fruit is in season, this bowl is a solid pick for a plant-based morning routine. Serve it right away while the base is still firm enough to hold all those toppings in place.

PRODUCE White Peach

Add the frozen white peach slices, oat milk, fresh ricotta, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp honey to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and thick, about 45โ60 seconds โ the base should be the consistency of soft-serve ice cream, thick enough to hold toppings without sinking.
If the base is too thick to blend, add oat milk 1 tbsp at a time and pulse until it moves freely, keeping it as thick as possible.
