Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on two sides to use as handles later. Add the rolled oats and chia seeds to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Combine the sunflower seed butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and just beginning to bubble at the edges, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
