Some low histamine plans avoid cinnamon, but cinnamon doesn't actually contain histamine. This recipe only uses about 1/8 teaspoon per serving. If you prefer to always avoid cinnamon, please tap it and change its rating to Red.
Pour the oat milk into a small saucepan and set over medium-low heat. Warm until steaming and small bubbles form around the edges, about 4–5 minutes — do not let it boil.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the chamomile tea bag, and steep for 4–5 minutes until the milk is golden and fragrant.
