This golden, creamy dip is the kind of thing that disappears fast at a gathering — earthy turmeric, bright lemon, and a hint of warming ginger transform humble white beans into something genuinely craveable. The food processor does all the heavy lifting, blending cannellini beans with fresh garlic, cumin, and olive oil into a silky, spreadable dip that holds its shape beautifully on a spoon. Because it relies entirely on whole, simple ingredients with no added yeast or fermented components, it fits naturally into a yeast-free lifestyle without any substitutions or workarounds. Store-bought dips and spreads can be surprisingly tricky — hidden yeast extracts and flavor enhancers show up in the most unexpected places — so making your own from scratch is genuinely the smarter move. Arranged on a platter with crisp carrots, celery, cucumber, and red bell pepper, this is a snack board that looks impressive but comes together with almost no effort. A final drizzle of olive oil and a scatter of parsley make it feel polished enough for company, while still being the kind of thing you'll want to make on a random Tuesday afternoon.
