This vibrant, golden dip is everything you want in a crowd-pleasing appetizer — creamy, warmly spiced, and packed with plant-based protein from two cans of white beans. Fresh ginger and ground turmeric give it a bold, earthy depth, while lemon juice and garlic keep things bright and punchy. The whole thing comes together in a food processor, so you're looking at minimal effort for maximum flavor payoff. For anyone navigating thickener sensitivities, this recipe is naturally smooth without any gums or additives — just beans, olive oil, and a splash of water to dial in the texture. A swirl of extra virgin olive oil on top and a pinch of red pepper flakes make it look like something you'd order at a restaurant. Surrounded by crisp carrots, celery, cucumber, and red bell pepper, it's as beautiful on a board as it is satisfying to eat. Whether you're serving it at a party or just snacking through the week, this dip earns a permanent spot in the rotation.
