This vibrant chilled drink is everything you want on a warm day — cool, lightly sweet, gently spiced, and just a little fizzy. Fresh cucumber gets blended and strained into a clean, grassy juice that forms the base, then bright lemon, earthy turmeric, warm cinnamon, and a touch of black pepper bring real depth without overwhelming the refreshing quality. A spoonful of honey rounds it all out, and a splash of chilled sparkling water gives the whole thing a satisfying lift. Because this cooler is built entirely from whole fruits, spices, and water, there's no need to scan labels or second-guess anything — every ingredient is naturally free of grain-based concerns. The five-minute rest after mixing is a small but smart step that lets the spices bloom and the flavors come together beautifully before you pour. Serve it over ice with a curl of lemon and a cucumber round for a drink that looks as good as it tastes.

Add the chopped cucumber and cold water to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 30–45 seconds.
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a pitcher or large measuring cup. Pour the blended cucumber through the strainer, pressing the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. You should have about 3/4 to 1 cup of cucumber juice.
