Higher-fat dairy is sometimes limited on an anti-inflammatory diet because saturated fat can be pro-inflammatory for some people, but this recipe uses only about 1 1/2 tbsp of white rice per serving, so the amount is likely fine. If you prefer to always avoid white rice, please tap it and change its rating to Red.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, gluten free breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, 2 tbsp garlic-infused oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until just combined — do not overwork. Roll into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter (roughly 24 meatballs) and arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
