Bright, tangy, and just sweet enough, this strawberry lime mocktail is the kind of drink that makes any occasion feel a little more special — no bar cart required. Fresh strawberries get muddled with lime juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until they break down into a deeply ruby, intensely fruity base that tastes nothing like a bottled mixer. Straining out the solids gives you a silky, jewel-toned liquid that pairs beautifully with the fizz of chilled sparkling water. The slow pour down the side of the glass keeps every sip lively and effervescent right to the bottom. It's naturally free from anything ocean-derived, so there's zero ingredient-scanning stress — just clean, whole-food components you can feel good about. A lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint on top make it look genuinely impressive, whether you're serving it at a summer gathering or just treating yourself on a Tuesday.

Place the strawberries, lime juice, maple syrup, and salt in the bottom of a large measuring cup or pitcher. Muddle firmly with a cocktail muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until the strawberries are fully broken down and deeply red, about 30 seconds.
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl or large measuring cup and pour the muddled mixture through it, pressing on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the solids.
