Fresh strawberries muddled with lime juice and maple syrup create a vibrant, jewel-toned base that tastes like summer in a glass. The whole thing comes together in minutes — no blender, no fancy equipment, just a muddler and a fine-mesh strainer to get that silky, pulp-free juice. A pinch of salt might sound unexpected in a mocktail, but it quietly sharpens every other flavor and makes the strawberry pop in the best way. Topped with chilled sparkling water poured slowly down the side of the glass, you get a beautiful fizz that stays lively all the way to the last sip. Every single ingredient here is naturally grain-free, so there's zero stress about hidden additives or flavored syrups that sometimes sneak in unwanted extras. Dress it up with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint for a drink that looks just as good as it tastes.

Place the strawberries, lime juice, maple syrup, and salt in the bottom of a large measuring cup or pitcher. Muddle firmly with a cocktail muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until the strawberries are fully broken down and deeply red, about 30 seconds.
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl or large measuring cup and pour the muddled mixture through it, pressing on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the solids.
