Fresh strawberries muddled with lime juice and maple syrup create a vibrant, jewel-toned base that tastes like summer in a glass. The combination of bright citrus, natural fruit sweetness, and a tiny pinch of salt makes every sip surprisingly complex — this is not your average fruit punch. Straining the muddled mixture through a fine-mesh sieve gives the drink a smooth, polished finish with none of the pulpy texture that can make homemade mocktails feel unrefined. Topping it off with chilled sparkling water poured slowly down the side of the glass keeps the fizz alive and the whole thing feeling festive. A lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint take it from casual to genuinely impressive with almost zero extra effort. It comes together with just a handful of clean, whole ingredients, so there's no label-reading required and no worry about hidden additives sneaking in from store-bought mixes. Whether you're hosting or just treating yourself on a weeknight, this one delivers serious wow factor for very little work.

Place the strawberries, lime juice, maple syrup, and salt in the bottom of a large measuring cup or pitcher. Muddle firmly with a cocktail muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until the strawberries are fully broken down and deeply red, about 30 seconds.
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl or large measuring cup and pour the muddled mixture through it, pressing on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the solids.
