Fresh strawberries muddled with lime juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt create a vibrant, jewel-toned base that tastes like summer in a glass. The whole thing comes together in minutes — no blender, no fancy equipment, just a muddler and a fine-mesh strainer standing between you and something genuinely refreshing. Sparkling water gets poured slowly down the side of the glass to keep every sip perfectly fizzy, which is a small move that makes a big difference. Every single ingredient here is naturally free of gluten, so there's no label-checking or substitution stress — just straightforward, crowd-pleasing sipping. A lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint on top make it look like something you'd pay twelve dollars for at a rooftop bar. It's an easy win for parties, brunches, or any afternoon that calls for something a little more special than plain water.

Place the strawberries, lime juice, maple syrup, and salt in the bottom of a large measuring cup or pitcher. Muddle firmly with a cocktail muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until the strawberries are fully broken down and deeply red, about 30 seconds.
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl or large measuring cup and pour the muddled mixture through it, pressing on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the solids.
