Bright, tangy, and deeply refreshing, this strawberry lime mocktail is the kind of drink that looks like it came from a fancy cocktail bar but comes together in minutes with just a handful of real ingredients. Fresh strawberries get muddled with lime juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until they break down into a vivid, jewel-toned base that smells absolutely incredible. Straining out the solids gives you a silky-smooth juice that's pure fruit flavor — no artificial syrups, no store-bought mixes, and nothing to second-guess on the label. The sparkling water goes in last, poured slowly to keep every last bubble intact, so your first sip is as fizzy and lively as it should be. A lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint on top make it feel genuinely special, whether you're serving it at a summer gathering or just treating yourself on a Tuesday. Every single ingredient here is naturally free from coconut in any form, so there's no need to scrutinize labels or swap anything out — it just works.

Place the strawberries, lime juice, maple syrup, and salt in the bottom of a large measuring cup or pitcher. Muddle firmly with a cocktail muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until the strawberries are fully broken down and deeply red, about 30 seconds.
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl or large measuring cup and pour the muddled mixture through it, pressing on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the solids.
