Bright, fruity, and refreshingly tart, this strawberry lime iced tea is the kind of drink that makes a hot afternoon feel instantly better. Fresh strawberries are crushed and strained to create a gorgeous deep-pink infusion, while lime juice adds a zippy citrus edge that keeps every sip lively. Maple syrup sweetens the black tea base in the most natural way — no refined sugar, no artificial flavoring, just clean and simple ingredients you can feel good about. The whole thing comes together in one pitcher and chills in the fridge until you're ready to pour, making it ideal for entertaining or just treating yourself on a slow afternoon. Garnished with lime slices and fresh mint, it looks like something you'd order at a fancy café, but it's genuinely easy to pull off at home. Every ingredient here is completely plant-based and straightforward, so there's zero guesswork about what's in your glass.

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags, then stir in the maple syrup until dissolved. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
While the tea cools, combine the strawberries and 1 cup cold water in the saucepan (or a separate bowl). Use a fork or the back of a spoon to crush the strawberries until they release their juice and the water turns deep pink, about 1 minute.
