Bright, fruity, and refreshingly tart, this strawberry lime iced tea is the kind of drink that makes a hot afternoon feel like a celebration. Fresh strawberries are crushed and strained to create a gorgeous deep-pink infusion that blends beautifully with bold black tea and a squeeze of real lime juice. Maple syrup adds just enough sweetness without overpowering the natural fruit flavors, keeping every sip light and balanced. The whole thing comes together with simple, wholesome ingredients β no store-bought mixes, no artificial flavors, and absolutely nothing to second-guess. It's naturally free from fungi of any kind, so you can sip with total confidence. Serve it over a generous pile of ice with a lime slice on the rim and a sprig of fresh mint, and it looks as good as it tastes. Whether you're hosting a backyard gathering or just treating yourself on a weekday, this pitcher drink is guaranteed to disappear fast.

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags, then stir in the maple syrup until dissolved. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
While the tea cools, combine the strawberries and 1 cup cold water in the saucepan (or a separate bowl). Use a fork or the back of a spoon to crush the strawberries until they release their juice and the water turns deep pink, about 1 minute.
