Bright, fruity, and refreshingly tart, this strawberry lime iced tea is the kind of drink that makes any afternoon feel like a celebration. Fresh strawberries are crushed and strained to create a gorgeous deep-pink infusion that blends beautifully with bold black tea and a squeeze of real lime juice. Maple syrup adds just the right touch of natural sweetness without overpowering the fruit. The whole thing comes together with pantry staples and fresh produce β no flavored syrups, no store-bought mixes, and absolutely no hidden nut-derived ingredients to worry about. Poured over ice and garnished with lime slices and mint, it looks stunning enough to serve at a party but is genuinely simple to pull off at home. It's the kind of recipe you'll want to keep on rotation all summer long.

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags, then stir in the maple syrup until dissolved. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
While the tea cools, combine the strawberries and 1 cup cold water in the saucepan (or a separate bowl). Use a fork or the back of a spoon to crush the strawberries until they release their juice and the water turns deep pink, about 1 minute.
