This vibrant, jewel-toned spritzer is the kind of drink that makes any occasion feel a little more special, whether you're hosting a backyard gathering or just treating yourself on a slow afternoon. Fresh raspberries are cooked down with maple syrup and water into a gorgeous, deep-red syrup that brings natural sweetness and a gorgeous tartness to every sip. Bright squeezed lemon juice cuts right through the richness, and chilled sparkling water lifts the whole thing into something refreshingly effervescent. The result is a layered, complex flavor that tastes far more impressive than the short ingredient list suggests. Since everything here is built from whole fruits, citrus, and a touch of maple, there's nothing hidden or processed to second-guess — just clean, crowd-pleasing ingredients you can feel good about. A lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint on the rim take it from casual to genuinely beautiful without any extra effort.

Combine the maple syrup and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the maple syrup dissolves, about 1 minute. Add the raspberries and cook, pressing them gently with the back of a spoon, until the berries have broken down and the syrup is deep red, about 3–4 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a small bowl or measuring cup, pressing the solids firmly with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the raspberry syrup cool to room temperature, about 10 minutes.
