Combine the maple syrup and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the syrup fully dissolves, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let the syrup cool for at least 15 minutes until it reaches room temperature.
Juice the oranges and lime, then strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove pulp and seeds.
