Bright, fizzy, and genuinely refreshing, this sparkling mint citrus spritzer is the kind of drink that feels like a treat without a drop of caffeine or alcohol in sight. Fresh lime and orange juice bring a natural citrus punch, while muddled mint adds an herbal lift that makes every sip feel a little fancy. Maple syrup sweetens things up just enough, and because you control how much goes in, it's easy to dial the sweetness to exactly where you want it. Staying well-hydrated while nursing can start to feel like a chore when plain water gets boring, and this is the kind of glass you'll actually look forward to reaching for. The whole process is straightforward — muddle, steep, strain, and pour — so it comes together quickly even on the most exhausted of days. Garnished with a citrus slice and a sprig of fresh mint, it looks beautiful enough to serve to guests but requires almost no effort to pull off.

Add the mint leaves to a pitcher. Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to press and twist the mint firmly against the bottom of the pitcher about 8–10 times, until the leaves are bruised and fragrant.
Pour the lime juice, orange juice, and maple syrup over the muddled mint. Stir until the maple syrup is fully dissolved, about 30 seconds.
