Cold brew coffee meets bright citrus and pure maple syrup in a drink that feels like a café specialty you can make entirely at home. The sweetness here comes entirely from real maple syrup — no corn syrup, no mystery sweeteners, just the genuine stuff stirred right into the base alongside fresh lime juice and a pinch of salt that makes every flavor pop. That combination of coffee, citrus, and a subtle earthy sweetness is genuinely surprising in the best way. The cold brew concentrate is made overnight with nothing but ground coffee and cold water, so the whole thing stays clean and straightforward from start to finish. When you top the coffee-maple base with chilled sparkling water, it transforms into something effervescent and refreshing that works as a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon treat. A squeeze of lime wedge right before you drink it takes the whole glass over the top.

Combine the coarsely ground coffee and 2 cups cold water in a large pitcher. Stir briefly to saturate all the grounds, then cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl or large measuring cup and pour the cold brew through it, discarding the spent grounds. You should have about 1 1/2 cups of concentrate.
