This sheet pan dinner is the kind of weeknight meal that looks impressive but comes together with almost no effort — and every single ingredient is pulling double duty on flavor and function. Tuna steaks are one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids, and pairing them with cherry tomatoes and green beans means you're loading the pan with antioxidants and fiber before it even hits the oven. The spice rub — cumin, smoked paprika, and turmeric — does serious work here, giving the fish a warm, earthy crust while turmeric in particular brings well-known anti-inflammatory credentials to the table. Extra-virgin olive oil ties everything together, used generously across both the vegetables and the fish, which fits perfectly within a whole-foods, inflammation-conscious approach to eating. The bright cilantro-lime dressing whisked together while the tuna roasts adds a fresh, zippy finish that keeps the dish from feeling heavy. Everything roasts on one pan, serves four, and cleans up fast — which means there's really no excuse not to make it tonight.

Position a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 425°F (220°C). Line an 18×13-inch sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
Spread the green beans and cherry tomatoes on the prepared sheet pan. Drizzle with 2 tbsp of the olive oil, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of the salt and 1/4 tsp of the pepper, and toss to coat. Spread into an even layer, leaving a clear space in the center for the tuna.
