Cooking fish in parchment is one of those techniques that feels fancy but is genuinely foolproof, and the results are absolutely stunning. Each fillet steams gently on a bed of asparagus, infused with a fragrant blend of ginger, turmeric, garlic, and bright lemon juice — the kind of flavor combination that makes a weeknight dinner feel like something special. Because everything is sealed inside its own little packet, the salmon stays incredibly moist and the asparagus turns perfectly tender without any babysitting required. Every ingredient here is straightforward and naturally grain-free, so there's no need to scan labels or worry about hidden additives sneaking into your meal. The turmeric-ginger oil does a lot of heavy lifting, coating the fish in warm, aromatic depth before it even hits the oven. When those puffed parchment packets come out of the oven and you tear them open at the table, the rush of fragrant steam is half the experience. Finish with a scatter of fresh parsley and serve straight from the paper for a dinner that's as easy to clean up as it is to eat.
