Juicy ground turkey gets packed with fresh garlic, rosemary, and parsley, then seared in a hot skillet until deeply golden on both sides and cooked through to tender, juicy perfection. Alongside, cubes of butternut squash roast until caramelized at the edges, tossed simply with olive oil and rosemary for a naturally sweet, earthy side that needs nothing else. The whole plate comes together with straightforward technique — a hot pan, a hot oven, and real ingredients doing all the work. Fresh parsley scattered over the top at the end adds a bright, herby finish that ties the patties and squash together. It's a satisfying, protein-forward dinner that fits neatly into a Paleo kitchen, no fuss required. This one's easy enough for a weeknight but feels special enough to repeat on purpose.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the butternut squash cubes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped rosemary, and toss to coat evenly.
Roast the squash for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the edges are golden and caramelized and the cubes are tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from the oven and set aside.
