Only large or medicinal amounts of horseradish are a concern in pregnancy. This recipe uses about 3/4 tsp per serving, which is a normal condiment amount.







Cook all meat thoroughly when pregnant.


In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, sweet pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
