Bright, tangy, and flushed with a gorgeous deep pink color, this homemade raspberry lemonade is the kind of drink that makes any afternoon feel like a special occasion. The base starts with a quick stovetop raspberry syrup made from fresh berries and maple syrup, which gets strained smooth before being stirred together with plenty of fresh-squeezed lemon juice and cold water. The result is a pitcher drink that's naturally vibrant and layered in flavor — fruity, tart, and just sweet enough without tipping into cloying territory. Since every single ingredient here is grain-free by nature, there's zero guesswork about hidden fillers or unexpected additives sneaking in. You can easily dial the sweetness or tartness to your own taste before serving, which makes it feel genuinely homemade rather than one-note. Pile the glasses high with ice, add a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint, and you've got something that looks as good as it tastes.

Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the raspberries against the side of the pan with a spoon, until the berries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep pink-red, about 6–8 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids to extract as much syrup as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
