Bright, tangy, and flushed with the color of fresh summer berries, this drink is the kind of thing you want sweating in a pitcher on a hot afternoon. A quick raspberry syrup made from real fruit, maple syrup, and water gets strained until silky smooth, then stirred together with freshly squeezed lemon juice for a lemonade that tastes genuinely homemade — because it is. The maple syrup adds a subtle depth that plain sugar just can't match, and the balance between sweet and tart is completely adjustable right in the pitcher. Since every ingredient here is naturally free of stimulants, you can sip freely any time of day without worrying about an unwanted energy kick. It's a great option for kids, for anyone cutting back on caffeinated beverages, or honestly for anyone who just wants something refreshing and real. Serve it over ice with a few lemon slices and a sprig of mint for a glass that looks as good as it tastes.

Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the raspberries against the side of the pan with a spoon, until the berries have completely broken down and the syrup is a deep pink-red, about 6–8 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids to extract as much syrup as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
